Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) cardholders under 21 may be eligible to purchase medical cannabis with a valid OMMP card and caregiver authorization where applicable under Oregon law.

This website is operated by Sweet Tree Farms, a licensed recreational and medical cannabis retailer located at 4097 W 11th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402.

By accessing stfeugene.com you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

03. Online ordering

Online orders for pickup, curbside, and delivery are processed through our third-party partners Dutchie and Leafly. By placing an order through these platforms you also agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

When you place an order through Dutchie or Leafly, a customer profile may be created on our point-of-sale system. This information is used solely for order fulfillment and compliance with Oregon cannabis regulations.

04. Delivery terms

Delivery is available within Eugene city limits only. A minimum order of $20 is required for delivery. Delivery hours are 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily.

A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order. Delivery will not be completed if the recipient cannot verify they are 21 years of age or older.

Sweet Tree Farms is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including weather, traffic, or access issues at the delivery address.

05. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash — accepted in store and at delivery
• Cashless ATM / debit card — transactions are rounded up to the nearest $5 increment with a $3.50 processing fee. Cash back is provided for the difference between the rounded amount and your actual total
• Pay by Bank — available through Dutchie for online orders
• ATM — two ATMs are available on site

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on cannabis products under Oregon law. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

06. Discounts & promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without notice. Current offers include daily deals, veteran discounts, industry discounts, and birthday discounts.

• Deals are not stackable unless otherwise stated
• The birthday discount (10% off) is the only discount that stacks with daily deals
• Veteran and industry discounts require valid proof of eligibility at time of purchase
• Sweet Tree Farms reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time

07. Customer data & privacy

Sweet Tree Farms collects and stores certain customer information as required by Oregon cannabis regulations and to provide our services. This may include:

• Name, date of birth, and ID information for age verification and compliance
• Medical patient information for OMMP cardholders, stored securely in our point-of-sale system
• Order history and customer profiles created through Dutchie or Leafly
• Rewards program: Phone numbers collected through our Dutchie-linked loyalty program are used solely to manage your rewards account and communicate relevant offers
• Newsletter: Email addresses provided for our monthly newsletter are used only to send you updates, deals, and news from Sweet Tree Farms. You may unsubscribe at any time
• Vendor inquiries: Contact information submitted through our vendor contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment, compliance with Oregon cannabis law, and communications you have opted into.

08. Oregon cannabis compliance

Sweet Tree Farms is a licensed cannabis retailer operating under the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC). All products sold are compliant with Oregon state law.

Possession limits in Oregon: adults 21+ may possess up to 1 ounce of usable cannabis in public and up to 8 ounces at home.

Sweet Tree Farms makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Tree Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
